The Volunteers
The life of Div.ergo is animated by numerous individuals: alongside the artists and members of the Community, there are volunteers—young people and young adults who, after completing a training course, share part of their free time with our artists, accompanying them in their daily work. Some have found a place to apply what they study at university, while others come from outside the city and wish to spend time with others. Some are inspired by the artists and seek to challenge themselves, while many have fallen in love with the unique style of relationships fostered in the Div.ergo Laboratory, dedicating their youth to building special friendships.
We refer to the time volunteers spend at Div.ergo as "volo," which translates to "flight." It’s a more concise and effective way to describe this experience. Just as one attempts to soar through the sky and reach breathtaking heights, so too does the experience of those who participate in Div.ergo allow them to view the world from a different perspective—lifting their feet off the ground to touch the heights of ideals and selflessness, leaping over difficulties and barriers.
Volunteers embody a generosity that reaches us, accompanies us, and eventually bids farewell after we have traveled a part of the journey together, for which we feel immense gratitude and appreciation.
