Federica is cheerful, mischievous, and explosively affectionate, always eager for any outing or activity planned outside the home. She works hard to manage her moods, which makes her company enjoyable for everyone. With her strong sense of responsibility, once she sets a goal, she fiercely pursues it until she succeeds. Known for her affectionate "attacks," she’s both a delight and a force to be reckoned with. As Div.ergo's self-proclaimed "Third Master of Resin," she’s the only one who can soften even the most resistant pieces for processing.
Andrea joined the Lab in September 2017, bringing with him a welcoming smile and a quiet joy in being with others, only slightly veiled by shyness. He’s precise, attentive, and fully engages with others. From day one, his commitment to resin and brushwork has shown his love for this new experience, which has become an integral part of his life.
Gabriele, is the embodiment of a smile. His life has transformed since joining the Lab: he’s learned to focus, navigate public transport to get to the center, gained friends with whom he shares lunch, flown on a plane, and even traveled abroad with colleagues. Div.ergo has been his gateway to a wider, richer world of relationships. He takes on various tasks and is steadily working to overcome his impatience. Lucy, is a vibrant, lively presence with a characteristic Calabrian accent. Born in Brazil, she’s the Lab’s international artist, embodying a desire for connection. Always open to new experiences, deeply relational, and curious, she’s sensitive to others’ struggles and approaches them with gentle care. When she laughs, often, it seems even her curls join in. She carries a hint of melancholy and tends to hold onto her worries and the challenging questions that cross her mind.
Pierluigi, is affectionately known as "the union leader." He constantly presents ideas for change, sketches for new production lines, and suggestions for improving tried-and-true procedures to those in charge. Engaged and insightful, he loves to delve into subjects on his own, later sharing his findings with everyone. Pierluigi possesses a rare sensitivity and gentleness. Though he’s affectionate and kind to everyone, he’s quick to make amends when he loses patience. As a thoughtful person, he challenges others to engage genuinely.
Arianna, enjoys the company of others and cherishes having her own space outside her family environment. She is calm in relationships, eager to explore different tasks, and precise and meticulous in her work. With more time and dedication, she could reveal even more potential and enrich her adult life further.
Giuliano, is steadfast in his work and has gradually opened up to sharing with others over the years in the Lab. He’s learned to discuss his interests, narrate parts of his life, and choose friends among his colleagues. Serious and reserved, Giuliano sometimes allows others a glimpse into his world through a question or reflection, hinting at the inner thoughts that captivate him.
Aurora, is a whirlwind of curls, words, and thoughts. Diligent and methodical, she’s a bit reluctant to accept corrections, though she’s determined and steady in her work. With her colleagues, she balances collaboration with self-assertion, forging bonds that have strengthened her sense of companionship over time.
Giulio has steadily established his place in the Lab. Creator of the Lab’s "Angels by Giulio," he imagines them engaging in all kinds of activities. Passionate about learning, he has a special talent for woodworking and resin processing, and he’s now trying his hand at painting ceramics. Versatile and patient, he’s also mastered the coffee machine and taken on various responsibilities, making him a pillar of the group and a vital part of managing the Lab. VIDEO
